Shopee Seller Fees Explained (Philippines)

Five fees apply to every completed Shopee order in the Philippines. Here's what each one is, how it's calculated, and how they stack up against your price.

1. Commission fee

A percentage of your selling price that varies by product category and seller type. Marketplace sellers pay roughly 8.5%–10.5% depending on category; Shopee Mall sellers pay category-specific rates up to 11.08%. See the full commission rate table by category.

2. Transaction fee

A flat 2.24% of your selling price, charged on every order regardless of category or seller type.

3. Shipping fee (Shopee-Supported Logistics)

5.60% of selling price for Marketplace sellers, 4.48% for Shopee Mall sellers — capped at ₱100.00 per item. Once your price is high enough that the percentage would exceed the cap, you only ever pay the flat ₱100.00.

4. Order processing fee

A flat ₱5.00 charged per completed order. Shopee exempts your first 50 orders each month from this fee, so it mainly affects sellers moving higher volume.

5. Seller growth support fee

A 1% fee on the selling price that funds Shopee's seller-growth programs. It stacks with commission and transaction fees, so it directly lowers your margin per order.

A Marketplace seller with a ₱250.00 product cost, in a category with a 10% commission rate, needs to sell at or above:
