Terms of Service
Last updated October 9, 2026.
Scope and intended use
These terms apply to the personal Google Workspace CLI (gws) OAuth setup described on this site. It is operated by Anthony Andrei Tan for use with Google accounts he controls. It is not a hosted service or a public offering, and this site does not provide access to Google accounts or Workspace data.
Commands and account access
The account owner chooses which permissions to authorize and which commands to run. A command may read or change account data within the permissions granted to the CLI. The operator is responsible for reviewing requested permissions and commands before approving or running them, and for any output they choose to save or share.
Access can be removed by logging out of the CLI and by revoking the OAuth client in the Google Account's third-party access settings.
Google and connected tools
Google processes API requests under its own terms and policies. These terms do not replace Google's API Terms of Service or its User Data Policy. If an AI agent or another connected program is used to run commands, that program may receive the command inputs or results under its own terms and settings.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the setup or its use changes. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions can be sent to contact@marginguardph.com.
